Food Shortage 2012…Walmart CEO Warns Hyperinflation Food Prices!

Will There Be A Food Shortage 2012?

food shortage 2012
My grocery bill seems to be climbing higher every couple of months. We already know about the gas prices, but now our food prices are being affected. Many people have been thinking that all of these warnings of stocking up on food are just conspiracy theorists gone mad. Are we really heading for major inflation food prices and food shortage in 2012? Well I love the saying, “Expect the best, but prepare for the worst.” So that is what I’m doing and making preparations just in case.

Whenever you hear a warning from the mouth of Walmart CEO, we all know that it’s time listen up. Preparing for hyperinflation, food shortages by stocking our shelves now, could only help, not harm. At least you would be ahead of the “Game.”

So listen up…view the video below in its entirety and start preparing for hyperinflation…possible food shortages in 2012 or a few years beyond. To be frank, I don’t think it’s going to happen in 2012, but I feel strongly that it might happen within the next 5 years. We’ll see what happens. No need to worry, fear, or fret. Fear is an illusion!

By planning carefully and shopping local, fruits and veggies can help reduce your grocery spending budget. A grocery budget should consist of some fruits and veggies. Spending a little extra on your produce can really help cut down your long-term grocery spending budget. In fact, if you eat more fruits and vegetables, your grocery bills will go down. Your body will be more satisfied because of its fibers and natural sugars and you waste less food as well. Less waste means more value out of every dollar in your fridge. Source for this article:

When Walmart speaks, we should listen.

One of the main issue is rising fuel costs – food and product prices rise when the cost to harvest, manufacturer, and transport that product rises.

I can see what there’s an outrage about rising food costs while the economy and families are still in financial recovery. I think it’s smart to support small businesses who promote the slow food lifestyle if you’re not able to produce enough food at home to support the needs of your family.

Yeah, they are not kidding about this. Corn has already gone up more than double from last year. And since corn is used in so many products on the shelf, it would cause so many other items to rise. It’s going to get much worse in the summer. Time to plant your own garden. We’ve got corn and other fruits and vegetables seeds started in the back yard.

Sayumi I hear you loud and clear. Good for you! I’m going back to basics. Have been planting, working on becoming 100% self-sufficient. This is the only way to survive the upcoming crisis. I expect the best, but preparing for the worst. That’s what we all should do. Thanks for your input Sayumi.

Don’t believe the hype. Just scare tactics to get our juices flowing.
