Healthy hair and skin starts from the inside out. Juicing is one of the major ingredients to having beautiful hair and skin. You know it is recommended that we have 5 servings of fruits and veggies on a daily basis.
Well, I rarely eat fruits and only eat one serving of veggies per day with my dinner. So therefore, the only way I can get all the fruits and veggies that I need on a daily basis is to juice.
My hubby juices every single morning Monday through Friday. He takes a break on weekends. He juices organic:
pomgranate (when available)
In the video above, I forgot to include the kiwi which was not pealed yet. My hubby loves ginger in his juice but I don’t. So he pours my juice out and then juices the ginger to add to his glass.
I am “dying” to go back to basics, eating off the land. We are getting ready to move in order to do that. I am excited. For some reason I’m now focused on eating right, and getting my spiritual life in order. I’m not talking about religion.
I’m talking about meditation and getting to know me fully. We have been lied to about who we really are and a lot of people are waking up to the truth of who we really are. For some reason, my energies are shifting and there is some sort of exciting change going on with planet earth. I’m so ready for it. Bring it on!! Enough of my rambling.
