Receptionist Position

We are looking for a smart, cheerful, energetic, responsible, detail oriented and lively receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for answering phones for multiple clients, taking messages, scheduling appointments or forwarding calls. Prior receptionist and sales experience is a must. Travel experience would be ideal but is not required.

This will be a part-time position for 20 hours a week, with a possibility of being full-time. You need to be flexible to work any time during our business hours with little notice.

Responsibilities:

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 5.00 AM – 6.00 PM PST (8.00 AM – 9.00 PM EST

Agent Pay:

$10.00 per hour plus sales bonuses
