Hagee Says – Stay-At-Home Dads Go to Hell

January 26, 2010 By: vernette Category: affiliate marketing

I have been really busy this week and also really busy today (2/17/12). So I thought I would share this old post today… a marketing experiment.

Now the question is, why did I post this video? Well, this was actually a marketing experiment. I wanted to see if a headline like this would increase the amount of visitors to my website in one day.

Well it worked. Although only a couple people commented, and most of the traffic was not targeted, it worked. Here’s the deal. I posted the title of this video on Facebook where I have lots of friends and other people not interested in marketing, work at home, etc.

However, when I checked my stats, the visits to my website that day when posted, my blog visitors increased by 30%. For my next project, I am going to play around with some really controversial topics that I can tie in with marketing.

Well we all know that the two most controversial topics are religion and politics. These are two areas that I consider very private and never comment on. However, I am willing to see how people would respond and react to a very controversial blog post.
