"Some people are in our lives for a REASON, SEASON, OR LIFETIME." Usually when a relationship ends, there will be denial, fear, anger, etc. Go ahead SCREAM, grieve, cleanse, prepare for change. CHANGE IS GOOD, even if it doesn't seem so sometimes. There is always a lesson to learn. When we fail to grieve we get stuck. Remember...Our "wound healer"...TIME...will step in and lead us to acceptance.
