How To Grow Long, Healthy Natural Hair Without The Big Chop

Yes, it is true that the overall condition of our body is reflected by appearance of our hair. If the body is well-nourised, and healthy the hair will be healthy too. From past experience, I know that if there are any health problems or nutritional deficiencies, the hair may stop growing, show damage or become dry and brittle.

Eating healthy on a daily basis…daily intake of vitamins and minerals play a huge role in keeping the hair healthy. Certain vitamins, minerals and amino-acids are crucial to the metabolic pathways involved in keratin protein (hair) metabolism.

I know what it’s like to put may hand in my hair and see big chunks of hair fall into my hands due to poor nutrition and medication side effects. I don’t ever want to experience that again. Since getting past that, I have been able to experiment with various herbs, natural hair products, and organic foods that do wonders for my hair, skin, and nails.
